Natural, unbleached 8 oz. cotton duck is wrapped around kiln-dried Linden stretcher bars. The surface is triple-acrylic primed, acid-free, and staple-free on the sides allowing these canvases to be painted on all four edges as well as the canvas surface. The Deluxe canvas features a 3/4" edge, while the Gallery canvas features a thick 1-1/2" edge. Handcrafted in Canada, they are suitable for oil and acrylic painting. All have a rich buttery consistency much like traditional oils and may be worked with for up to 30 minutes. Winsor and Newton Galeria acrylic colours are vibrant, smooth and free flowing these acrylics are formulated to be economical for mural painting but maintaining brush marks and body much enjoyed by the painter.
